Yesterday the Annual Conference Planning Committee reluctantly decided to not hold a face-to-face conference in September. The decision was based on the increase in COVID cases and the concern that staff may not be able to get away to attend.

Research is currently being done to attempt to hold the conference virtually. Some sessions will not be able to be done virtually but hopefully the majority of the sessions will be offered. Further information on the conference should be available by early next week. It was also suggested that the conference be moved to the spring. No decision was made at this time.

Anyone who has already paid for the onsite conference has the option to be reimbursed their full registration fee or have it applied to the potential virtual conference. Fee options for the virtual conference such as registering for all or portions of the conference may be offered.
