We are looking to develop a Code of Conduct or Code of Ethics to add to our policy manual that would represent the values and expected behaviors of employees. Does anyone have a Code they could share? Or if you don’t have an official Code is there something you have that details how/why disciplinary processes will be undertaken when behaviors of employees are not necessarily against policy but not in the best interests of the organization?
