Have any of your seen this https://www.wisnerbaum.com/prescription-drugs/gardasil-lawsuit/? How are you speaking to this when people ask about it? I have tried reaching out to the Merck rep on help with what to say and all I get from them is “no comment”. I really don’t know what to tell patients when they ask or call me back about it.
It sounds like a frivolous suit to me. Anyone can sue about anything. Doesn’t mean they will win. I would emphasize the facts… that it is safe, has been around for many years, and it’s the only vaccine proven to prevent certain types of cancer. There will always be naysayers… it’s best to just stick to the facts. My humble opinion.
