Vaxcare and Drive thru flu clinics

My administrator is supposed to be asking other administrators about how they do Drive thru off site flu clinics when you use vaxcare. However, nothing has been asked. So, I am throwing this out there to anyone who might be able to help me out. Our board wants us to do more off site and drive thru clinics next year but I am not sure how to do drive thru’s with vaxcare, because we have to run insurance verification and print out consent forms and I am just not sure how we could be able to do that. Does anyone do off site drive thru clinics with vaxcare? How do you do it?

We do not use VaxCare but when we do ‘offsite’ we get consents first, check insurance then go do them another day. This is helpful when you are doing employees of a place ie schools.
